The minutes of the previous AGM were accepted

The 2022 Annual Report was accepted

Changes to the site rules and constitution were voted on and accepted with minor amendments - these changes have been updated on the website.  Changes can also been seen in red in these updated documents:

• Constitution - updated 19 November 2023

All motions were accepted with some minor changes, with the exception of motion 4 b (digital discount) which was rejected

All nominations received prior to the AGM were accepted, there were no further nominations received on the day

• Nominations for committee positions

At the AGM on 19 November 2023, the committee was confirmed as noted in the table below

There are 4 vacant Committee Member positions including the secretary
