Allotment Rent

The cost of an allotment for 2025 is set out below. Liverpool City Council have increased prices by £5 for a full size plot.

• Full plot - £60.00 per year

• Three-quarter plot £45.00

• Half plot - £30.00 per year

Any plot holder who is 60 or over during the allotment year will pay a concessionary rate of half price.

Rent is due for each allotment year (January - December) on 1 January and must be paid by 31 January.

Society Fee

All plot holders are required to pay a society fee each year. This covers the administrative costs of the allotment such as insurance, electricity and mains water.

The society fee for 2025 is £25 per plot. Members voted to increase the society fee to £30 per plot from 2026. We will use this extra funding to contribute towards maintenance and improvements across the site.

Friend of Lister Drive Allotments membership

The Committee can grant a special membership,'Friend of Lister Drive Allotments', for individuals who have voluntarily returned their plot - the fee for this membership is £10 per year.
